October 2025 Trustee visit to The Grange Centre, Little Bookham

The Master as a Trustee of the Broderer’s Charitable Trust (BCT) visited The Grange Centre, following the most recent donation from the BCT. With BCT support, the embroidery studio has become a commercial success for The Grange and they had plans to expand the studio space. The plan was to allow more people served by The Grange to enjoy embroidery and in turn generate more items that could be sold on-line or at their shop in Church Road, Great Bookham .

The Master had recently commissioned hats with the Company crest and took the opportunity to discuss a further order!

The Latest project in the embroidery studio is a series of embroidered self portraits produced by the people served by The Grange. The personality of the subject in each portrait is so clear to see and they will be the subject of an exhibition next year at The Sunbury Gallery.
